Experteye has enhanced Touchpoint, its award winning driver feedback system, with the inclusion of an online Quality Management System (QMS). 

The QMS enhancement enables any member of staff at a contract hire or leasing company to log driver or customer comments into the system, enabling verbal complaints or suggestions to be included into the driver data.

It also enables drivers to leave feedback on issues via the leasing company’s website.  This ad-hoc opinion can be managed through the issue resolution processes specific to the leasing company to further support driver satisfaction.

Touchpoint recently won the Business Car Techies award as the best fleet sector innovation for 2011, as it enables immediate driver feedback to be gathered after key events such as vehicle delivery, servicing, tyre replacement, windscreen and glass repair & replacement, vehicle breakdown, use of pool vehicles and when a driver suffers an accident.

The QMS element introduces additional fleet manager / client or driver opinion into the system adding it to the processes for case review and resolution.

It also enables leasing and fleet management providers to create an automated alert system for a central QMS person to be notified of issues and monitor them through to satisfactory conclusion.
